New photos purportedly released by the Islamic States militants shows two men accused of spying for "the crusader alliance and the Rafidi" or Iranian government, being beheaded in Kirkuk, Iraq. The photos which were shared on ISIS terrorist channels on Friday 21 is titled "Implementation of the Rule of Allah."
