Update: Edo man who abandoned his wife after she delivered triplets, returns home

A 44-year-old commercial motorcycle operator who abandoned his wife after she gave birth to triplets, has returned home.

Recall that Paul Edobor abandoned his wife of 12 years, Ugoma after she delivered the girls in Uromi, Esan North East Local Government Area of Edo State. Read previous report here

According to activist, Kola Edokpayi, Mr Edobor said he had to absconded temporarily because he had no means of taking care of his children. Read below:

"Today, the absconded father of the set of triplets, Mr. Pius Edobor who is a poor bike rider, his wife ( Mrs Ugonma Edobor) and triplets paid me a thank you visit from Uromi for raising awareness of their plight on Social Media which have yielded good result financially and materially to some extent.

Mr. Pius Edobor said he had to abscond temporarily to unknown destination because he had no means of taking care of his children. It took us time to convince him to come back home and take care of the children.
